There are a lot of bread recipes, but I was always confused by the amount of effort, skill and uncontrollable factors that accompany its creation. Therefore, in my culinary practice of yeast, I learned to bake only walnut bread (it is extremely rare, since it works a lot, and it disappears from the table in seconds).
However, having become acquainted with the oriental cuisine, I happily discovered the so-called flat bread – tortillas, which consist mostly of 2 ingredients (flour and water) and are roasted in a stove or in a hot incandescent frying pan. Experimenting, I replaced water with a baked pumpkin. It turned out amazing! Try it!
