I really love cottage cheese pie according to the classic recipe (from the cookbook “1000 culinary recipes”). It was very popular dish in former Soviet Union and was served in every nursery for kid scouts menu. Even now I’m ready to eat it every day. But only in lunch-box, for some reason, we do not have a snatch. Therefore, based on a proven recipe, I created another dish of cottage cheese, almost like a pie, but in the form of patties of different shape. The ingredients remained the same, the proportions changed and baking powder was added. The recipe is very simple. Try it!
