My most successful recipes appear when the guests are at the doorstep. So I prepared this salad on the go and it turned out to be my trademark. In it all those products that I really love: beef, fresh cucumbers, cheese Halloumi and onions. And this salad tastes of course oriental, as it was not without soy sauce, teriyaki and black sesame. Bon appetite!
Beef salad with halloumi cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 frozen steaks
- 5 cucumbers, cut into rings
- 1/2 onion, cut into feathers
- soy sauce & teriyaki sauce to taste (1: 1), approx. 3-4 tbsp each
- cheese Halloumi (1 pack)
- black sesame
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- pinch of brown sugar
Directions:
- Frozen meat cut into thin strips across. Preheat the wok with 1 tbsp olive and sesame oil, lay out the meat and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, add sugar and fry over high heat until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with black sesame and remove from heat.
- In a salad bowl, put the cucumber, cut into rings, onions cut into feathers, add the meat.
- Halloumi cut into small strips and fry in a frying pan in a small amount of olive oil until golden brown. Put the cheese in a salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
