Here is another dish from our Christmas table. And again for lovers of shrimp. This time it is better to take shrimps of medium size. This dish you can serve both hot and cold. Delicious. Bon Appetite!
Ginger shrimps with honey
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of shrimps
- 5 cm fresh ginger root
- 5 large cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- salt
- 1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp acacia honey
Cooking method:
- Peeled shrimps marinate in a mixture of crushed and chopped garlic, grated ginger and lemon juice. Leave for 1 hour.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan. Lay the shrimps in one layer, so that they are evenly roasted.
- When the prawns are almost ready, pour with honey and fry until thickened and caramelized.
- For serving, lay the shrimps on the lettuce leaves and decorate with parsley. You can serve both hot and cold.
