1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
sesame for sprinkling
vegetables to taste (cucumber, carrots, green onions, chopped thin strips)
For cooking teriyaki beef: heat the vegetable oil in a wok and fry onion and garlic until soft. Add minced meat, crush it with a wooden spoon and cook for 10 minutes. Then pour in the flour, mix well and fry for about 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sprinkle sugar. Stir and cook approx. 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cook cellophane noodles according to the instructions on the package. Strain and chop with a knife.
Put rice paper in warm water for 1 minute, take it out on a wet towel. Put a little cellophane noodles, then beef and vegetables to taste. Delicately wrap the rice paper in a roll.
Put the rolls on the mung bean sprouts or lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve with a sweet-hot sauce.
