I have finished my gluten-free day with a vegetable salad with beef (left-over Bulgogi from yesterday). But accually any protein can be served here – chicken, lamb, beef, pork, tofu, whatever you have and like.
Veggie salad with beef
100 g iceberg lettuce
50 g feta cheese
100 g any protein (meat, tofu)
1 tbsp olive oil
Cut lettuce, cucumber, meat and cheese into strips.
Then cut the tomato into quarters, clean out the pulp with seeds and cut into strips.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and poured with olive oil. Decorate with olives.
