I have finished my gluten-free day with a vegetable salad with beef (left-over Bulgogi from yesterday). But accually any protein can be served here – chicken, lamb, beef, pork, tofu, whatever you have and like.


Veggie salad with beef


Ingredients:

  • 100 g iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 100 g any protein (meat, tofu)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking method:

  1. Cut lettuce, cucumber, meat and cheese into strips.
  2. Then cut the tomato into quarters, clean out the pulp with seeds and cut into strips.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and poured with olive oil. Decorate with olives.
