I have finished my gluten-free day with a vegetable salad with beef (left-over Bulgogi from yesterday). But accually any protein can be served here – chicken, lamb, beef, pork, tofu, whatever you have and like.
Veggie salad with beef
Ingredients:
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1/2 tomato
- 100 g any protein (meat, tofu)
- 1 cucumber
- 3 olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking method:
- Cut lettuce, cucumber, meat and cheese into strips.
- Then cut the tomato into quarters, clean out the pulp with seeds and cut into strips.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and poured with olive oil. Decorate with olives.
