It is almost impossible to say no to this melt-in-your-mouth treat. Crispy outside and chewy inside chocolate paradise just move everyone to another reality. These velvety chocolate brownies are light and fluffy. The reason is that the recipe is based only on vegan ingredients. Fast to prepare, easy to cook and delectable to enjoy every and each bite.
Vegan brownies (egg-free and lactose-free)
1,5 cup white flour
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
400 ml unsweetened coconut milk (1 can)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 packages of vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract
100 g dark chocolate, melted
Chocolate chips for topping
Preheat the oven to 190 C. Grease a backing dish (8-by-8-inch) or line it with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate with 2 tbsp of coconut milk.
Whisk the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another. Then combine all together until the wet and dry ingredients are throughly combined. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to the baking dish and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool a bit in the baking dish before slicing into bars. Serve the bars while still warm, with ice-cream on the top.
