Our perfect dinner is simply – SALAD.
Firstly, salad is fast to be made. Time is matter.
Secondly, I can use any ingredients I find in my fridge, so it is very sustainable. Reducing food waste we help our planet. What help the planet usually helps our body and health as well.
Thirdly, salad has a lot of nutrients if properly prepared. Good nutrition helps us look, feel, and perform our best!
