Our perfect dinner is simply – SALAD.
Firstly, salad is fast to be made. Time is matter.
Secondly, I can use any ingredients I find in my fridge, so it is very sustainable. Reducing food waste we help our planet. What help the planet usually helps our body and health as well.
Thirdly, salad has a lot of nutrients if properly prepared. Good nutrition helps us look, feel, and perform our best!

Lettuce & tuna salad

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce (about 7 leaves), washed and cut
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of walnuts, chopped
  • Handful of dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them according own preferences
  2. In a big salad bowl put the tuna, mashed by fork, add vegetables, walnuts, cranberries, chive and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve as it is or sprinkle with some seeds.
