Hi. I love breakfast time! I am full of energy and motivation to create smth cool on plates for my family. Every morning it is something different however I like using avocado🥑, tomatoes🍅 and cucumber🥒 almost every day (certainly in different combinations). The secret of a good taste is in details. Today’s secret is in “Antarctic Krill” spread of @santabremor_official (by the way, this is a company from my home city Brest in Belarus).
Tomato , cut into cubes, mix with olive oil and chopped onion. Season with salt.
Put bagels halves on serving plates, cover by the sliced avocado. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with pumpkin and sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Then top with tomato mixture.
Drizzle with mayo. Finish with fried tempura batter bites.
