Salads are what we usually dine on. Every evening – a new salad, unlike the previous one. Very often I don’t have time to write down the recipe – the salad disappears faster than I can take a photo.
However this time I managed to write down all the ingredients. Very delicious and perfect as starter or separate dish.
Avocado and Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
- 7 tiger shrimps
- a handful of cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
- 1 diced avocado
- 1 shallot onion, finely chopped
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard à l’Ancienne (Maille)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Cooking method:
- Fry the prawns in oil or boil.
- In a salad bowl, mix onions, tomatoes and avocados.
- Prepare salad dressing: mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard and garlic powder until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer shrimps in a salad bowl, mix everything and pour in the sauce.
