My happy childhood catch the Soviet Union time, and at that time there was no need for my parents to invent any lunch boxes. In the kindergarden the menu was excellent and I loved it (except onion sandwiches, which were given in the fall and winter). And at home, using modern fashion terms, everything was organic – from our own farm and village . Rarelly we also had meat on the table: home-made sausage from countryside, dried in the real oven. Chickens was carrying eggs of category “0”, and we’re fed only by selected grains and grass without chemicals. Wow! What were times!
Time passed, noone lives in the village anymore, and the farm is a part of today’s not very clean ecosystem. But the memory remained. Perhaps this is why we eat chicken extremely rare – well, it is not a chicken!!!! And if we eat I have to improve the taste of chicken by various spices.
Today’s recipe is orient Chicken cutlets. Bon Appetit!
