Every evening, I break my head, what to prepare to my kid to kindergarten. There are few criteria: it should be tasty, healthy and not boring. The main thing it should be eaten? So that is why appeared the recipe for muffins without flour and eggs.
2-ingredients Banana Muffins (flour- and sugar-free)
3 ripe bananas
You can add: berries, cinnamon, jam, dried fruits
Wash the bananas, peel and mash them with a fork or whisk in mixer.
Beat the eggs in a mixer to increase their volume by half.
Mix bananas and eggs together.
Prepare the cupcakes molds, spread by butter, fill with some berries or dried fruits or jam, or nothing. Pour the banana and eggs mixture in and sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
