Hello! I really like green vegetables. Cucumbers, salads, zucchini, celery, artichoke, green asparagus, small green patissons, and so on. And this is very well seen in my recipes, where very often green vegetables play the main role. Well, everyone knows that they have a lot of calcium and other important vitamins. But they also contain plant compounds of lutein and indole, which contribute to strengthening vision, bones and teeth, and also reduce the risk of some types of cancer – few know this. In a word, eat healthy!
4 cups grated zucchini
2/3 cup flour
2 egg whites, whipped
1/3 cup chopped green onions (along with its white parts)
Vegetable oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown. Put on a paper towel to remove the rest of the oil.
