Hello. Today’s recipe is for coconut lovers. I can eat it in any form. For the first time I tried coconut shavings when I was at school. And there was this all known chocolate bar Bounty. Ate and wanted more! When I tell this to friend from Thailand, they immediately break away: “How? At school age ????” It’s funny that for us coconut shaving, even in a chocolate bar, was a truly paradisaical pleasure. But we were overeaten with apples, strawberries, pears, currants, strawberries, cherries. And how amazing that many who live in that “paradise” from advertising of Bounty dream of our fruit-berries, and many have never even tried them. So, the recipe for biscuits from fresh coconut shavings. If there is no fresh, but really want, then you can take the usual, pour a small amount of warm water and allow it to swell.


Coconut macaroons


Ingredients:

  • 250 g fresh coconut shavings
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 50 ml condensed milk

Directions:

  1. Mix coconut, flour and salt. Then add the vanilla essence and the condensed milk. Stir with your hand.
  2. Form small balls, slightly flattened and put on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
