And at home – sons with completely different taste preferences. Who is looking for – he will find. And there was a very tasty solution: pies with blueberries and blueberry muffins. And with only 5 ingredients.
Baked & fried blueberry cakes
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 300 g fresh blueberries
1. Put condensed milk with egg, 1 glass of flour and baking powder and mix thick dough.
2. For fried blueberry cakes: 100 g of blueberries to grind in a blender, add 1/3 of the dough together with 1/2 cup of flour and mix well. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and heat on medium heat. Fry cakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
3. For baked muffins: 200 g of blueberries add to the remaining dough. Gently mix, lay out in the molds for muffins. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190C.
