Hello. “Oatmeal, sir!” And it is not necessary to be served as porridge. You can cook many delicious dishes. I already shared some ideas on what dishes we eat at home from oatmeal. Today I want to talk about oatmeal cookies without flour based on only 3 ingredients. It’s very easy to cook. By the way, you can prepare an excellent breakfast in the form of baskets with yogurt and berries.

The dish contains:

🌾 gluten / avenin (oatmeal)


Oatmeal and banana cookies (gluten-free)


Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips for baking or raisins

Cooking method:

  1. Knead bananas by fork to a homogeneous mass, pour oatmeal and mix well.
  2. Add the chocolate chips or raisins and immediately form a handful of cookies.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200C.
