Good afternoon! I am very glad that I woke up the desire to continue to lead my culinary blog. Since it is absolutely non-commercial, the only inspiration for it is myself and my culinary passion, which, it must be said, never fades away, but only occasionally goes on vacation hahaha. Recently it was on vacation, literally and figuratively. For two weeks I went to the kitchen only to eat! And all thanks to my best in the world parents who invented and cooked, cooked and invented how to feed our whole family. I rested from lunch-boxes and constant thoughts about what to cook for my husband and children. Therefore now, full of strength and energy, I am with my passion again in the row of culinary bloggers. I wonder if there is even one more culinary blogger in the world who writes only for his own pleasure, without thinking about commerce side? Or is it just me alone? 🧐🧐🧐🧐

Returning to “my own circles,” I gladly share a new recipe for vegetarian fritters from beans. This is an interesting alternative to conventional meat fritters, especially when there is no meat in the refrigerator, but there are rows of canned beans ☺☺☺☺.

White beans fritters with Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:

  • 100 g white beans (1/2 cans)
  • 1 egg white
  • 4-5 halves of dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs +1/4 cup for breading
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried garlic

Cooking method:

  1. Place white beans on a colander, wash under running water and let water drain.
  2. Put it into a bowl and knead it with a fork or push a mortar away. Add protein, fresh breadcrumbs (crushed fresh white bread in the blender), dried tomatoes, cheese, dried garlic, salt.
  3. From the mass form round fritters, coat them in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil from two sides in a frying pan to a golden color. Serve with salads from fresh vegetables or with pickles.

Bon Appetit!
