So, the season of exotic fruits is open. I love their fresh smell and I just can not resist buying them. Recently I discovered a new fruit: a Chinese plum (loquats), little known in our country. The fruits are small, resembling apples, inside there are seeds. Taste like a sweet quince.

Today I prepared a salad of exotic fruits, simple and tasty, the recipe of which I gladly share with you.


Oriental salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 Green Mango
  • 1 orange
  • 10 Chinese plums (loquats)
  • mint

Instruction:

  1. Cut mango cut in half, removing the stone. With a knife, cut the flesh into cubes and cut from the skin.
  2. Cut loquats in half, removing the seeds. Slice it.
  3. Remove the orange skin by the knife, cut segments. Keep the core.
  4. Cut mint.
  5. Mix all the ingredients. Serve the salad with the juice from the core of the orange.
