Sushi seasoning is a mixture of vinegar, sugar and salt. It is great for making sushi rice, salads or marinades. You can buy it in any store with Asian products, and you can also make Sushi-Su at home.

Sushizu (Sushi-Su) is a delicate sauce used to flavor sushi-rice.
Mix sugar and salt in small pot and put on low heat. Stir until salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Do not boil.
To prepare dressing in the microwave, mix all the ingredients in a small glass until sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Then put in the microwave for 1 minute at 900 ~.
It needs to cool completely and infuse for several hours.
Mix all ingredients together until sugar and salt are dissolved. Do not heat! This type of sushi seasoning should be used immediately and whisk into a very hot rice.
