Cottage cheese fritters with banana and carrot
250 g fatty cottage cheese
1 raw carrots
1 tsp vanilla sugar
3 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp flour
Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking oil for frying
Mash the banana with a fork, add the cottage cheese and mix well. Carrots should be placed on a fine grater. To the cottage cheese with banana add carrots, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, flour and salt. Mix. The mass should not be steep.
Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Wet your hands in water, delicately form balls from the mass, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
