At home somehow it was decided that dinner should always be easy. In general, we prepare salads and therefore new recipes appear almost every day :). Today we had a salad of warm figs with goat cheese and arugula. Simple, but very tasty.
Salad with baked figs and rocket
6 ripe figs
150 g of goat cheese with honey
Figs cut into slices, put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Put warm figs on the serving plate, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, salt. On top – goat cheese and rocket. Pour olive oil, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and sunflower seeds.
