And another original recipe for minced chicken. This time we will stuff it with an omelet :). Chicken rolls with omelettes are easy to cook. They can be fried, baked, steamed. And in any form they turn out very tasty.
Chicken rolls with omelette
Ingredients:
Forcemeat:
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 50 ml milk
Omelette:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 30 ml milk
- vegetable oil
Directions:
- Chicken breast chop in a blender. Mix with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. and let stand. Finely chop onion, add salt and fry in vegetable oil until translucent.
- Carrots clean, grate on a fine grater, add to the onions, pour a little water and reduce the heat. Stew until cooked (until the carrot is soft). Beat egg with a fork with milk, salt and pour the vegetables. Reduce the heat and cover with a lid. Once ready, cut the omelet into pieces.
- Roll forcemeat into balls, flatten them. Lay out the omelet in the middle and mold the oval-shaped rolls. Steam rolls for about 25-30 minutes.
