This dish comes from my childhood. In principle, I can not say anything more 😍.


Baked cheesecake with sour cream


Ingredients:

  • 500 g of fat cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 150 g thick sour cream

Cooking method:

  1. Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add egg, sugar and semolina, vanilla and salt.
  2. Grease baking form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Put the mass in the baking form, top with sour cream.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. You can add nuts, apples, raisins, etc.
