Today’s dish seems too light to be served as a dinner. Well, this is the matter of your food preferences and routine. For example, in our family we eat a lot for breakfast, less for lunch, and really little for dinner. Dinner time is a time for seafood, salads or cheese with dried fruits. So salsa with tostitos in our case sounds very reasonable as a dinner dish.


Avocado salsa served with corn tostitos


Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocado hass
  • 2 big shallots
  • 1 lime
  • Salt

To serve:

  • Purple corn tostitos

Cooking method:

  1. Cut tomatoes, avocado and shallots in very small cubes with a side of 5 mm.
  2. Squeeze the juice from lime.
  3. Mix tomatoes with shallots and let stand aside for 5 minutes. Then add avocado, lime juice and salt. Mix.
  4. Serve with corn tostitos.
