Energy balls

 


Ingredients:

  • 10 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp oat flakes
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt

Cooking method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Make any shape you want (balls, cubes, bar).
  3. Store in the fridge.
