Hello! I do not know about you, but I really do not like it when food wastes. I am sure you are familiar with such situation when you cook something to your kids and they with one voice are shouting that they will not eat it, but something completely different. This happens time to time with semolina porridge. The porridge itself is delicious but kids wanna sandwiches. Of course, I can eat it by myself. But if I eat up everything after my kids, then I will turn into a vacuum cleaner 😂😂😂 So, the only way is create a recipe where I can use this porridge. Here it is!

Mini-cakes from semolina porridge with oats
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled in milk semolina porridge of medium density
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup oat flakes
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp raisins, pitted, washed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
Cooking method:
Mix cold porridge with eggs and vegetable oil with a whisk, breaking the lumps.
Add cereal, honey, sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon and raisins. Stir with a spoon.
Then add flour and baking powder. Mix well. It should be a consistency of thick sour cream.
Grease the baking tins with vegetable oil, put the dough with a spoon. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180C.
