“The smell of coffee still remains a mystery” Ted Lingle, The Coffee Cupper’s Handbook

This retractable history is like a coffee full of  aroma harmony, with a drop of adventure and a love charm. This book is just perfect for our moments with a cup of coffee.

Anthony Capella invites us to London in 1897. The author at the time of this writing, used textbooks for coffee tasters, books about coffee, as well as the production of coffee during the Victorian era. Therefore, in addition to exciting stories, this book opens the door to knowledge of the secrets of the beverage, which is so hard to resist.

“Right in the cup of a standard-sized rolls in the exact amount of milled grains. After adding water, you need to wait exactly 2 minutes, then press the spoon to the bottom sediment and try”, p. 43
