My new discovery is beef burgers with rice and lentils. Unusual make them such ingredients as teriyaki sauce, spring rolls dipping sauce and mayonnaise. Even more delicious is obtained if instead of rice with lentils use sushi rice with sushi seasoning. Bon Appetit!


Beef burgers with rice & lentils


Ingredients:

  • 250 g ground beef
  • 100 g boiled rice
  • 50 g boiled lentils
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp spring roll dipping sauce
  • 1 clove garlic squeezed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 small egg
  • 2 tbsp onion juice
  • 1/2 h salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together beef, rice and lentils. Add the squeezed garlic, onion juice, teriyaki sauce, spring roll dipping sauce, mayonnaise and egg, salt and mix well. Drive in an egg and add breadcrumbs. Mix and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. From the prepared forcemeat roll balls, flatten on top and fry in a frying pan to a crust on both sides.
