I like it when a dish reveals the taste just of several ingredients, bright and palpable. Do not kill the taste by sugar or seasonings. Yes, it’s for specific taste lovers. But that’s exactly how I cook – for “lovers” of my kitchen – my family. They like – and this is the most important thing.


Rotolo (from pizza dough)

Ingredients:

  • 200-300 g pizza dough
  • 100 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

Cooking method:

  1. Dough for pizza thinly rolled into a rectangle. Top with ricotta. Cut the apple, grate it and put it evenly on the ricotta. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the filling.
  2. So cook the dough with the filling roll into a roll.
  3. Cut across into cylinders and lay out so that they do not touch each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (oiled).
  4. Bake in the oven at 200C for about 15-20 minutes.
