I like it when a dish reveals the taste just of several ingredients, bright and palpable. Do not kill the taste by sugar or seasonings. Yes, it’s for specific taste lovers. But that’s exactly how I cook – for “lovers” of my kitchen – my family. They like – and this is the most important thing.
Rotolo (from pizza dough)

Ingredients:
- 200-300 g pizza dough
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 1 sweet apple
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Cooking method:
- Dough for pizza thinly rolled into a rectangle. Top with ricotta. Cut the apple, grate it and put it evenly on the ricotta. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle the filling.
- So cook the dough with the filling roll into a roll.
- Cut across into cylinders and lay out so that they do not touch each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (oiled).
- Bake in the oven at 200C for about 15-20 minutes.
