Today I want to share with you another wonderful recipe, inspired by Asian flavors and products. And this dish is wonderful because it can be modified to your taste. In it the basic ingredient is teriyaki beef, everything else is your fantasy. So, Bon Appetite!
Minced beef teriyaki rice rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- sesame for sprinkling
- rice paper
- vegetables to taste (cucumber, carrots, green onions, chopped thin strips)
Directions:
- For cooking teriyaki beef: heat the vegetable oil in a wok and fry onion and garlic until soft. Add minced meat, crush it with a wooden spoon and cook for 10 minutes. Then pour in the flour, mix well and fry for about 1-2 minutes until thick. Pour teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sprinkle sugar. Stir and cook approx. 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Cook cellophane noodles according to the instructions on the package. Strain and chop with a knife.
- Put rice paper in warm water for 1 minute, take it out on a wet towel. Put a little cellophane noodles, then beef and vegetables to taste. Delicately wrap the rice paper in a roll.
- Put the rolls on the mung bean sprouts or lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve with a sweet-hot sauce.
