Good day! What could be better than beautiful, joyful and positive beginning of the day! Mornings give us the energy for the whole day: they clear up our mind, boost our thoughts and power up our strength.
and when you feel ready to have a breakfast – cook with pleasure and passion! Food has a place, a time, a situation. It has thoughts, feelings, interactions, and stories.
Create your own story every time you make food at home for your family, your friends and for yourself!
It seems to be nothing special! But believe me, the way we put food on the plate, how we set the table – has a great influence on the whole process of enjoying food, the ability not to overeat, not to rush and enjoy every bite.
Making oatmeal wraps is easy and quick. You just need a blender that can grind a cup of rolled oats to a flour consistency. Or you can use store-bought oat flour for that.
Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. With combination of smocked salmon and avocado the oatmeal wrap becomes a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. This is one of my favorite type of breakfast.
What makes this dish so special in flavor is the cherry tomatoes baked with garlic and fresh rosemary in olive oil.
I baked them in advance and often serve for dinner with some cheese and baguette. However half of this dish I put in the jar (together with garlic, rosemary and olive oil) and store in the fridge to serve baked tomatoes cold with morning meals.
Oatwrap (2 portions)
Mix all the ingredients together (you can do it in the blender or in a separate bowl). Then heat the flat frying pan wit a drop of vegetable oil and fry the oatwrap form both sides.

Put the tomatoes in the baking dish, top them with garlic and rosemary, pour olive oil and season with salt. Bake in the oven in 190C for 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold – both options are temptingly delicious.
