Cottage cheese fritters with banana and carrot


Ingredients:

  • 250 g fatty cottage cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 1 raw carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, add the cottage cheese and mix well. Carrots should be placed on a fine grater. To the cottage cheese with banana add carrots, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, flour and salt. Mix. The mass should not be steep.
  2. Preheat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Wet your hands in water, delicately form balls from the mass, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
