Good afternoon. As promised, I share a recipe for buns that you can put your child in a lunch box, well, or give your husband a job;) By the way, they can easily be turned into vegetable and meat ones by adding fried minced meat or cooked chicken.

Vegetables bites with cornmeal


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ground cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (dried)
  • salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Cooking method:

  1. Grate zucchini and carrots (don’t squeeze). Mix with egg, flour and cornmeal.
  2. Add baking powder, garlic and salt. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, lay out the batter. The baking mold can be used as well.
  4. Bake at a temperature of 190C for about 20 minutes.
