All welcome! Today I share with you a very simple recipe for oatmeal fritters made from 4 ingredients. This is an excellent dish for breakfast, snacks or in a lunch box for children.

Oatmeal fritters with dates


Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal flakes – 120 g
  • Natural yogurt – 250 g
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Dates – 4 pcs
  • Rapeseed oil – for frying

Directions:

  1. Oatmeal flakes soak in yogurt for about 15 minutes. Then add the egg and finely chopped dates.
  2. Mix everything. Fry it in hot oil before browning from both sides.
